Sapporo offers a bewildering range of delicacies.
Barry is shown sampling the aptly-named soup curry.
We did not try the winter-dried fish, to our knowledge.
Though we did tour the full range of seafood selections.
Some foods were more confusing than others.
Hokkaido is special for
cake made on a sideways
And for cheese, which, though eaten too fast to be photographed, was bought in the market shown below.
After all that, perhaps some dessert?
